Lottus Education (“Lottus”) announced today it has obtained majority control of Colegio Indoamericano (“Indo”). Through this investment, Lottus advanced in its mission to transform students’ lives through affordable education programs with academic excellence and unique student experiences and cements the groups position as a leading higher education platform in Mexico and Latin America.
Through active strategic and operational support, Lottus implements a student-centric value proposition and accelerates the growth and development of its network of schools and institutions through organic and inorganic initiatives.
Further terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
